This was my 2nd stay, they offered double room with breakfast included. The location was magnificent in a very residential area. What's more, it was so close to a short alley to the `` main '' entrance as well as railway station.

Our breakfast was delicious and sensational and for value, the staff was excellent. The twin/double room with breakfast included, facilities worked for us. The location was magnificent for traveling around Venice, so close to railway, the railway and Venice and a short alley to the " main " entrance.

What a very very good stay, nothing to complain about. Perfect little and well priced hotel located close to Venice for 3 days, and good restaurants. Breakfast for value. Perfect location for our visit to an imposing Gothic-style church not very far from the property. Also, close to the train station in Santa Lucia.

Overall had very pleasant stay for one night. The location was magnificent and perfect there, to catch a bus to the airport or wherever else should you choose to venture out of the canals. And we were next to the bus station, clean establishment and a nice square with bars and restaurants.

The stay here was perfect for 5 nights. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The king room I got was nicely decorated. Everything was absolutely fine as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was very tiny. The location was magnificent for walking around a renaissance church. Further, it was close to activities to do, the railway station and piazzale roma, and the main square. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel.

Thank you very much for really good time here! The hotel is glamorous with very very helpful staff and canal views. The location is perfect, in a different area which we wanted. 1 km away there is Pizza al Volo, serving quick meals. The twin/double room is tastefully decorated and has air conditioning and 2 windows. The food is local and the breakfast was delicious.

We ate at a great restaurant for Lunch and Dinner. The bathroom was clean and it had shower facilities, a hair dryer and a bidet for our convenience. The location was marvellous and easy, for example, a wide canal was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Sincerely, it was a really enjoyable stay for three nights. Loved our rooms with breakfast included. The venue was in a central location very close to the airport, all the main sights on foot, and all major attractions. We were 400 metres away from Pizza al Volo, that offered quick meals.

We truly enjoyed drinks and views, felt like home. The bed in the room was big. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Da Codroma that was only 5 minutes' walk away. It was good and we would have extended the stay😃❤
